due to the nature of raw hair and hair extensions itself, there are no returns or refunds. all sales are final.

Appointment reservation fees are non-refundable. A reservation fee may be transferred upon rescheduling but cannot be held without an appointment. if the appointment is canceled or no show , the reservation fee is forfeited. The client is responsible for rescheduling the appointment within 48 hrs for the deposit to be transferable.

Hair purchase from strands attached to be colored by Hairstring must be paid in full because of coloring services. Once hair is colored Strands Attached isn't liable for any undesirable outcome. The hair purchase is yours.

Deposit for training are non-refundable, they can be transferred to a service, another class date or products.
