We recommend that you book at least 3 weeks in advance to get what you wants. the calendar fill up quickly, so if you know you will keep your appointment, you can schedule 2 months in advance.

All Deposits are non refundable. You can transfer the deposit to another date as long as the rescheduling happens 48 hours before your set appointment. If you canceled less then 48 hours before your appointment you'll lose the deposit. That also includes deposits for training.

No our services are for every textures. from our photos you can't always tell our clients backgrounds for privacy reasons . We service all as long as our service works for you..We do not service any one under the age of 18 without parent presence. Parent must stay the entire appointment.
Since we are located in Downtown Los Angeles there plenty of meter parking. But when getting hair extensions services we don't recommend the meter parking. the max on the meters is 2-4 hours. It is distracting for a client to leave every 2 hours to feed the meter..There is a lot right across from the salon. the cost is $10 CASH (the exact change pls). Please do not park on the roof top of the building , you will get towed.
Please don't! You're likely to be in the salon for more than 2 hours and it isn't fair to a child to sit that long. They also tend to want attention and be disruptive , which can slow your stylist down, which will also take time away from the next appointment . Please no child/ren allowed.
Yes, we can re-use what ever hair extensions you have at home. As long as you the quality of the hair and you trust it to last another 3-4 months on your head, I don't see why we cannot use it. With that being said, please do not bring them in dirty. Shampoo the old extensions thoroughly and give them an overnight conditioner. Fully dry the hair and section them off by lengths. Your appointment is timed anything not planned will cause a disruption in the stylist schedule or cause you to purchase new hair to avoid lost Appointment and deposit..
If the add -on will take more than 5 minute, NO! Since we are an appointment only salon , we thrive on getting you in and out and timely manner to accommodate others who scheduled ahead as well. We suggest when scheduling your appointment you add all the service you'll need. Or risk not being able to get what you want done the day of. If the extra service you want is not available when booking ,please text to the stylist to request additional service.
Due to the global pandemic going on now all house calls and travel to clients abroad are on hold for now.
Generally we don't have a problem with prescription /medicated shampoos. please discuss with the stylist before your appointment for products you'd like to bring in. We not are responsible for any undesirable result due to your product being used outside of what we offer. Service fee still apply at the regular rate despite you bringing in your products-there are no discounts.
